Coming Fall 2025
Future Aviation Maintenance Professional
Eagle’s Nest Projects Wisconsin (ENP WI) is committed to nurturing young minds through our Aviation STEM-focused initiatives. We have a rich history of collaborating with educational institutions, bringing a unique and unparalleled educational experience directly to students.
Current Issue:
Boeing’s 2022-2041 Pilot Technician Outlook anticipates that the North American market will require 134,000 new technicians to support fleet operators and providers of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. The projected demand for commercial aviation technicians in North America has surpassed pre-pandemic levels by nearly 10%.
The Solution:
ENP WI is forming a partnership with local Southeast Wisconsin high schools to provide an Aviation Maintenance Technician program. We have also partnered with Fox Valley Technical College and local aviation maintenance shops. Our goal is to create a program based on FAA requirements, giving successful students the opportunity to earn their FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification through our Fox Valley Technical College partnership or directly work for an FAA Maintenance provider. Both paths can lead a student to becoming an FAA-certified Aviation Maintenance Technician. ENP WI is targeting Fall 2024 to start the program..
What We Offer:
We offer a comprehensive and enriched curriculum that surpasses the training requirements for maintenance technicians as outlined in FAA Part 147. Our program is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the field, ensuring they are well-prepared for their careers.
