Eagle’s Nest Projects Wisconsin (ENP WI) is a premier youth aviation program dedicated to inspiring and educating high school students in Southeast Wisconsin. Our Build/Flight Program provides students with hands-on, immersive experience in aircraft construction and flight training, equipping them with valuable skills and opening pathways to exciting careers in aviation.
The Build/Flight Program The Build/Flight Program is hosted at Westosha Central High School and focuses on the construction and operation of the Van’s RV-12 aircraft, a highly regarded light sport aircraft. Through this program, students gain unparalleled opportunities to:
- Learn Aircraft Construction: Students participate in every stage of building the Van’s RV-12 aircraft, from airframe assembly to avionics installation. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, they develop skills in engineering, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Earn Flight Hours: Upon successfully meeting program requirements, students can use ENP WI’s aircraft free of charge for flight instruction, making it easier to pursue their dream of becoming a pilot.
